How can you check if the truck's slack adjusters are functioning correctly?

Park on level area, release the parking, press the gas pedal, and see if the adjuster moves or not.

Park on level area, turn off the parking brakes, and pull each slack adjuster hard. Check to see if It move less than 1 inch.
